Staging your property for sale could not be easier with our 1-day makeover. After an initial 2- hour consultation our designer will use tried and tested styling and de-cluttering techniques to radically improve the presentation of your property. We believe in using existing furniture were possible and adding a few well chosen stylish soft furnishings and accessories to give your property the appeal today's buyers are looking for. Personal Shopping Service
We also offer a shopping service were-by working closely with clients we can source and purchase the right soft furnishings, furniture and accessories to create the look for your interior you need for a quick and successful sale. We recommend that your spend on Home Staging should be in the region of 1% of the asking price, in some cases this investment has resulted in an increase of up to 15% on the value of your property.
